Pembrooke NeuroWellness Center provides BrainsWay Deep TMS Therapy, covered by most major insurance carriers, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and others. Many insurers also cover SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment for individuals who have not experienced sufficient improvement with at least two oral antidepressants. The vast majority of insurers cover psychotherapy, psychiatry, and psychological assessment, including Medicare and Medicaid.
During your consultation, our Care Coordinator will review your insurance benefits, explain payment options, and answer any questions you may have about coverage, costs, or reimbursement. We accept cash and checks in person at our main office and provide convenient billing-portal access for electronic payments. For your convenience, we also accept major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
